Desiccant Prefilter - Overview

The 900cc Desiccant Pre-Filter is used in conjunction with the 'Prefilter Accessory Port' on Portable Assay Systems to reduce moisture levels before ambient air is introduced to the built-in activated charcoal filters, reducing the risk of saturating the built-in filters with moisture (wet charcoal is less effective). Useful in high humidity areas.

Intended for use with our portable volatile assay systems, PVAS11 & PVAS22. One is included with the PVAS22 Kit.

Also available in activated charcoal variant to scrub increased amounts of hydrocarbons from ambient air.
