Activated Charcoal Prefilter - Overview

The 900cc Activated Charcoal Pre-Filter is used in conjunction with the 'Pre-filter Accessory Port' on Portable Assay Systems to scrub increased amounts of hydrocarbons before ambient air is introduced to the built-in Activated Charcoal Filters, increasing the VOC filtering capacity of the built-in filters. Useful when background volatiles are of increased concern and moderately high humidity.

Intended for use with our portable volatile assay systems, PVAS11 & PVAS22. One is included with the PVAS22 Kit.

Also available in desiccant variant for especially humid ambient air.
